From the Motorway or the University follow signs to Lancaster City Centre.

As soon as you see signs for A6 North to Carnforth follow these.

This will take you over the River Lune on a 3 lane bridge.

Take the right hand lane as soon as possible on the bridge

The right hand lane will separate from the others and turn back on itself, skirting the edge of Ryeland’s Park.

You will pass two High Schools, the first (Our Lady’s) just after exiting the bridge.

Outside Our Lady’s take the left hand lane and follow round the edge of the park to go past Skerton High School.

From Skerton High School go through the traffic lights by the Save Petrol Station still heading north.

Turn right into Aldrens Lane just before traffic lights which are pedestrian controlled and just outside Dacrelands Clinic.

Turn right again almost straight away onto Owen Road.
